Policies

All prices are for double occupancy.  There is a $5 to $10 fee for extra people in a room. Max 4 people in standard room

You must be at least 21 years old to register

We don't rent to local clientele

Combination of sales and bed tax totals 11%

We love pets, but do not allow them to stay on property.

During the high season there is a 2 night minimum on weekends

Call for Memorial Day & July 4 rates.  3 night minimum required

We offer discounted rates for weeklies and monthlies.  Snowbirds welcome.

We accept cash & all major credit cards.  No personal checks.  Cancellation policy is 48 hours. ( 1 week for holidays and multiple room reservations.)  If you don't cancel 48 hours prior to arrival date, you will be charged for the first nights' stay. 

Our rooms are very clean, comfortable & have phones with free local calls, Wifi and cable TV.  Soon, all rooms will have microwaves, fridges & coffeemakers
